Your New Role:


This new role will report into the Director, Manager, or Supervisor of the Library Conform Team and will aid in prioritizing work for the editing team, locating material, coordinating the delivery, and ingesting the material into our MAM system once conform is complete. Ensuring the integrity of data with our Data Governance team, coordinating scheduled work with the editors, and supporting the library conform process. This process supports the clean up of over 100 years of creating some of the world’s most iconic films and series content.


Your Role Accountabilities:


  • Work with the supervising team to coordinate the location and retrieval and ingest of audio, video, and timed text material of our library.
  • Receive and communicate the conform requests accurately for the editors, paying close attention to versions and provenance of the material.
  • Clearly communicate the origin of audio, video, and timed text material to the conform editors.
  • Aid in the ingest of the conformed material into our servicing MAM.
  • Order proxy material for reference to conform ancillary material.
  • Assist in testing POC tools and technology around media manipulation and workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experiences:


  • Expert level attention to detail, managing a multitude of audio, video, and timed text assets.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complicated projects with tight deadlines.
  • 1+ Years experience in content creation within the media industry.
  • The ability to shift priorities quickly when deadlines change.
  • Demonstrantable experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to anticipate issues and take steps to avoid them.

Not Required but preferred experience:


  • Prior experience with an internationally distributed media company or localization/distribution vendor with a high volume of deliverables.
  • Experience with global content servicing workflow and technical specifications for world wide partner like Amazon, Apple, Google, and Netflix among others.
  • Proven examples of working quickly to identify issues and solutions, taking on the responsibility of generating success.
  • Have proven examples that embody our company’s principals that include acting as one team, empowering storytelling, and building what’s next.
