Job Description

Job Title: Content Writer 


Job Description:
  • Develop persuasive and customized Genuine Student Tests (GSTs) tailored to each student’s academic and professional goals.
  • Collaborate with Visa Processing Officers to extract necessary details and craft unique narratives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on academic programs, universities, and industries to integrate relevant content.
  • Analyze market trends and program-specific requirements, especially those mandated by the Australian Government.
  • Ensure GSTs are written with clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy while adhering to standard writing conventions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and revisions to clients throughout the GST writing process.
  • Manage deadlines efficiently and maintain professionalism in content delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, visa application processes, and best practices in GST writing.
  • The GST Writer is also responsible for applying for health insurance for onshore applicants, ensuring compliance with visa requirements and providing necessary documentation support.​
  • Prepare various documents including:
    • Genuine Student Dependent Statements for SC 500 Subsequent Entrants
    • GST QAs for Student Visa applications
    • Proofreading and reviewing content
    • Submissions for SC 600 visa applications
    • Drafting declaration statements & invitation letters
    • Writing compelling cover letters for visa applications
    • Outlining applicants' plans in written statements
    • Creating relationship statements for Partner visa applications
    • Managing GST College form submissions

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and structuring skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and integrate findings into well-structured content.
  • Familiarity with visa application processes, particularly for Australia, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and content management tools.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing, academic writing, or visa documentation.
  • Prior experience in writing Genuine Student Tests (GSTs), SOPs, or visa-related documents is preferred.

Working Conditions:


·Office-based 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Fri) 


·Salary: 50,000 to 65,000
