Job Overview:
CureMD is looking for an experienced Content Manager to take full ownership of the content strategy, creation, and distribution process. You will be responsible for managing a team of content creators and coordinating with other departments to produce high-quality content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership, with an emphasis on optimizing content for both SEO and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with CureMD’s marketing goals and brand voice, focusing on driving engagement and lead generation.
Lead a team of content specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, white papers, social media, email campaigns).
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Oversee content optimization efforts, ensuring that all content is SEO-friendly, meets user intent, and follows best practices for visibility and engagement.
Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to adjust strategies and improve content ROI.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and effective content delivery that supports overall marketing objectives.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure that visual elements (e.g., infographics, videos) align with the written content and enhance overall messaging.
Ensure all content adheres to legal guidelines (e.g., copyright, GDPR) and best practices in content marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
6+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing a team of content creators and driving high-performance content strategies.
Strong knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience using content management systems and analytics tools to track and improve content performance.
