We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will


  • The Platform & Infrastructure Senior Consultant Specialist is responsible for providing expertise in the area of Infrastructure engineering, Risk & Control (GRC IT) service line for Platforms and Infrastructure. Ability to operate across a number of POD’s across a spectrum of technology stacks working with POD Leads to deliver best in class operations
  • Understand Infrastructure costing methodologies and provide the best possible estimates.
  • Should be saving the infrastructure cost wherever possible, highlight the major costs ahead to management.
  • Role holder should be taking care of devops and SRE(Site Reliability Engineer) responsibilities as well.
  • Will own upgrade, patching process, plan and execution to ensure the Service Line and all PODs follow best practise for addressing Cyber Security Risks etc.
  • The role holder is expected to operate within and foster a learning culture, ensuring personal, and the team's, technical expertise remains current with the latest industry developments.
  • This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
  • As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist, the P&I Senior Consultant Specialist will operate within a team(s) working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journey, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge
  • Working with other engineers within the team to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change
  • Responsible to support in identification, root cause analysis and eradication of problems associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team
  • Responsible to support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
  • Should be able to identify the obsolete or unused infrastructure and demise them and save cost.
  • Identify Service improvement areas, agree with Service owners and execute them
