Inbox Business Technologies seeks an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant with 4–5 years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and managing BCM Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BCM frameworks, risk assessments, and business impact analysis (BIA).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 standards.
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
- Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and Crisis Management Plans for various business units.
- Conduct Risk Assessments related to business continuity and resilience.
- Lead and facilitate BCM awareness training and BCP exercises, including tabletop exercises and full-scale simulations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and align BCMS with industry best practices.
- Support internal and external BCMS audits and certification assessments.
