About the job Community Management Executive Job Description:
  • Build and manage the company's HR community forums and professional groups.
  • Coordinate with HR Forums for collaborations and event participation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of community-building campaigns and monthly HR meetups.
  • Assist the team in increasing the company's visibility across HR platforms and industry events.
  • Track upcoming HR events/forums for potential sponsorships and lead generation opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team with community-driven content ideas.
  • Manage event setup vendors for internal and external events.
  • Handle photography and videography vendors for complete event coverage.
  • Create event posts for LinkedIn and Instagram with engaging captions.
  • Upload event highlights and write captions on LinkedIn
  • Identify seasonal client/prospect giveaways to strengthen relationships.
  • Arrange, deliver, and track seasonal giveaways in coordination with sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to finalize giveaway recipient lists.

Education & Experience:


  • BBA/ MBA
  • 2 To 3 years of experience required
