We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

• CTO Associate Business Analyst will assist the CTO COO Business Manager & Global Finance Controller with reporting financial performance management across the Global CTO Technology Organization.
• The role has a global remit and the role holder is a key member of the CTO COO Commercial Operations team. 
• The jobholder will be required to build strong and effective relationships with CTO Business Manager & Global Finance Controller and across global commercial operations team providing Business Analytics and insight, whilst at the same time providing constructive challenge and an independent perspective. 
• The jobholder will play a crucial role in understanding the HSBC Global strategy in the context with Technologies strategy, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of transparent and commercially focused analytics. 
• CTO Commercial Operations Associate Business Analyst will also be responsible for defining and developing a world-class Financial framework to support the delivery of CTO Technology Direct costs, Indirect Costs and Recharges, Portfolio Reporting and implementing global standards of financial management and control across all geographies, and leveraging centers of excellence where appropriate.     
• The jobholder will work closely with the CTO COO Finance team in developing the reporting of CTO Technology performance
• This role is a direct report into the CTO Business Manager and will be a key member of the CTO Commercial Operations team.
• The role holder will be based in India.
