Role
Overview:
As the Co-Founder of StudyWise, you
will play an important role in shaping the future of our consultancy. You will
work closely with the founding team to develop and execute the company’s
strategic vision, drive growth, and ensure the highest standards of service
delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a mix of
entrepreneurial spirit, industry expertise, and a passion for education.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business
strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships
with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to expand the
consultancy's portfolio of services and geographic reach.
- Oversee the development and
execution of marketing strategies to attract students and partners.
- Establish and optimize operational
processes to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery.
- Oversee the financial health of the
business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and manage financial
strategies that support the company’s growth and sustainability.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a
high-performing team of professionals.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative,
and customer-centric company culture.
- Provide leadership and guidance to
the team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Drive the development of new
products and services that meet the evolving needs of students.
- Utilize technology and data to
enhance the student experience and streamline operations.
- Continuously improve the
consultancy’s offerings based on feedback and market trends.
Requirements- Education background in computer science or relevant will be
preferred.
- Experience in the educational industry, with a strong
understanding of international education systems and student needs.
- Proven track record of business development within the
education sector, including building partnerships and expanding services.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting,
forecasting, financial planning, and securing funding.
- Strong understanding of international education systems,
admissions processes, and student needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and
education.
