Job Description

Job Summary:


As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to existing leads, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the builder. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport will be important in converting leads into qualified appointments.


Responsibilities:


1.Proactively contact and engage with existing leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.


2.Understand clients' home building requirements, budgets, and timelines.


3.Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


4.Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team in Australia.


5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our lead management system (CRM).


6.Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.


7.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings.


8.Effectively utilize lead management tools and systems.



Requirements

Experience: 2-3+ years


2.Education: Bachelor's degree in English Literature or relevant field from a highly reputable university.


3.Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English, with exceptional written, verbal, and spoken communication skills.


4.Demonstrated ability to communicate with a clear, neutral Australian accent.


5.Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.


6.Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry (advantageous but not mandatory).


Technical Skills: Proficiency in using lead management tools (CRMs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
