Job Description:
To manage claims and communicate with internal and external stake
holders.
Analyze all claims to ensure they meet internal SLA's.
Coordinate with other teams including Finance, Fulfilment team,
Logistics and 3PLs for all SLAs aligned, ensuring smooth processes.
Reconciling of 3PL weekly/monthly claims outstandings
Manage Daily escalation and ticketing system queue
s with internal stakeholders.
Other tasks/additional alignments assigned by the Management
Requirement:
Relevant experience of 1-2 years with a known organization.
Minimum bachelors degree from an accredited university.
Preferred experience in Supply chain.
Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills.
