About the job CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop financial strategies to meet company goals and improve efficiency.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare timely financial reports, analyze data, and monitor performance to support decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Manage budgets, track performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and recommend pricing strategies.
Audit, Tax, and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulations, manage audits, and oversee tax filings and coordination with consultants.
Treasury Management
- Handle loan compliance, cash flow forecasting, and funding requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and protect company assets.
Team Leadership
- Lead the finance team, promote collaboration, and support team development.
Financial Systems and Technology
- Oversee financial systems for efficient operations and improved accuracy.
Corporate Compliance
- Ensure corporate compliance, including statutory filings, with the Company Secretary and CEO.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
ACA/ ACCA/ACMA
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
8 to 12 years preferably from Manufacturing / Automotive industry.
