We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofChange Framework Manager


Principal responsibilities


Primarily, the individual will be responsible for helping to mature and embed HSBC Change Framework across the Group and within the team you may be asked to undertake a variety of roles:


  • Content manager: working with stakeholders to shape change delivery and portfolio management minimum standards and best practice methods, developing clear and concise digital content that provides an excellent user experience.
  • Consultant:working with change initiatives and portfolios to support Change Framework adoption and advise on best practice usage of the Change Framework.
  • Thought leader: working with specialist working groups and change leaders across the Bank to evolve the nature of change management across HSBC Group (e.g., agile ways of working and value stream change delivery constructs).
  • Trainer: providing training to colleagues in our global businesses, functions, markets, and regions to aid on-boarding and provide upskilling sessions focussed on various topics related to change management.
  • Change adoption:understanding the ‘bigger picture’ in terms of how changes to our ways of working impact the organisation / our colleagues and developing communication and engagement approaches to ensure effective change adoption.
