Job Description
Eligibility:
Intermediate or Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in foreign currency dealing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle over-the-counter currency exchange transactions at booths/branches.
- Process transactions efficiently while minimizing customer wait times.
- Verify the authenticity of foreign currencies and identify counterfeit bills.
- Ensure compliance with exchange company SOPs.
- Reconcile and balance cash tills at the start and end of the day.
- Maintain and review daily transaction records and reports.
- Manage optimal cash holding levels through timely disposal arrangements.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the line manager.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling currency.
