About the job Carrier software solution sales manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Solution design and communication in domains such as BSS/CBS charging, video RBT, AICC, and mobile finance/wallet/payment; Guide the customer's BSS construction planning based on the customer's service requirements and clarify the solution.
- Cooperate with sales, marketing, service, and R&D organizations to complete biding process and be responsible for technical clarification with customers.
- Systematically output market insights and marketing materials for solutions in fields such as BSS/CBS charging, video RBT, AICC, mobile finance, wallet, and payment.
- Have a good command of requirements and solution development trends in the BSS/CBS charging, video RBT, AICC, mobile finance, wallet, and payment fields in the industry, and guide R&D engineers to continuously improve product competitiveness.
Experience requirements:
At least 3 years working experience in telecom BSS vendor or telecom carrier IT department or at least 5 years working experience in the IT system integration domain
Skill requirements:
- Good customer communication skills
- Have solution sales experience and have a strong understanding of business and technology.
- Be familiar with one of the following domains: OCS/CBS, CRM, BSS solution, BSS/OSS solution integration, BSS/OSS/IT managed service, video RBT, AICC, mobile finance, wallet, and payment
Languages: Good communication skills, basic English (written and spoken)
