Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & WhatsApp Communication: Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp, fostering strong business relationships.
- Email Correspondence: Expertly handle client inquiries, maintain ongoing communication, and manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Sales Closing: Proven ability to convert leads into sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Google Sheet Management: Maintain and manage data using Google Sheets, ensuring all sales records, client information, and project details are organized.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Knowledge and experience in:
- WordPress and Shopify Development: Understanding web development processes and ability to discuss requirements with clients.
- UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- SEO Services: Knowledge of search engine optimization to discuss and offer services to potential clients.
- Social Media Marketing: Expertise in social media strategies and campaign execution.
- Google Ads: Strong knowledge of running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proposal and Quotation Creation: Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements with attention to detail.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
