The Business Intelligence & Sales Transformation Analyst will be responsible for developing standardized sales reporting and analytics for Motive using Salesforce Analytics, also known as CRMa, a leading data visualization tool. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions in the form of CRMa dashboards. This role involves working with cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Snowflake, Tableau, and CRMa, to integrate unstructured data and generate actionable insights into the sales organization’s performance. Additionally, the analyst will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of sales data consumption and analysis across the organization. By driving efficiencies and scalability within operations, this role will play a key part in supporting Motive’s next phase of growth.
