Pavago is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth and expand our client’s business. This role involves conducting outreach to potential clients, managing leads, and performing market research. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and enhancing our sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect Outreach: Send prospect emails and conduct outbound calls to engage with potential clients, qualifying them based on predefined criteria.
  • Lead Management: Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information on leads and follow-ups to ensure efficient tracking of the sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients to address their needs and facilitate the sales process efficiently.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Written examples may be requested during the hiring process.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?


Your day will start by reviewing and updating the CRM with lead information, followed by outreach to potential clients through calls and emails. You will track progress on leads and ensure timely follow-ups, utilizing tools like Zoom for virtual meetings. Regular updates on the status of leads will be shared with the team to align on strategy.
