Business Development Officer

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Officer to manage and optimize cold email campaigns using tools such as Ample Market, Apollo, and SendGrid. The role involves setting up and overseeing email sequences, ensuring mailbox warm-up, and consistently generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and is eager to meet and exceed targets.Responsibilities: Cold Email Campaigns: Launch and mature campaigns on Ample Market and Apollo, ensuring each SDR achieves a minimum of 12 qualified leads per month. Tool Management & Outreach: Manage and scale outreach using SendGrid, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis, optimizing strategies to improve outcomes. Content Development: Create and refine compelling cold email copy to boost engagement and conversion rates.
