Job Role: Senior Prospecting Specialist/BDR
Job Description:


The Senior Prospecting Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities through various prospecting channels, including cold calling, email outreach, market research, and networking.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM systems) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM systems and provide regular updates on lead status and pipeline progress.
  • Manage prospecting campaigns, including email outreach sequences, follow-ups, and other sales outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize messaging.
  • Track key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and response rates.
  • Continuously improve the prospecting process, using data-driven insights to adjust tactics and drive higher lead quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .


  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development in [specific industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.

Location: Islamabad.
Timings: Monday - Friday
