About the job BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Identify and acquire new international clients for bookkeeping, recruitment, and marketing services.


Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.


Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends in the international market.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:


Business Administration (BBA, MBA)


5+ years of professional experience in business development.


At least 3 years of experience in international markets or BPO industries.


Proven track record of securing high-value international clients.


Experience in international client acquisition


Proficient in CRM tools and sales software


Strong understanding of global business processes


Ability to design and execute sales strategies


Sales planning and strategy implementation


Analytical skills and reporting expertise


Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets


Handling escalations effectively


Market research and competitor analysis skills
