About the job Business Development Manager
Client Company Introduction:
Our Client Company is one of the leading technology companies operating in Pakistan for the last 40 years and providing best off the shelf solutions for Technology Infrastructures, application and Systems Integrated Services. They have been working on RPA technologies for the last many years and providing RPA services to some of the renowned names in Pakistan. Robotic process automation (or RPA) is a form of business process automation technology based on metaphorical software robots (bots) or on artificial intelligence (AI)/digital workers.
Key Responsibilities for Business Development Executive.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the IT enterprise sector.
- Analyze client needs, market requirements, and industry developments to create tailored solutions and services.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients, building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, providing consultative support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the sales process, from initial engagement and proposal development to closing deals and contract negotiation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of the company's IT solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to attract new business.
- Partner with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of sold solutions, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Develop and present formal proposals, pricing models, and contract terms to clients.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure all agreements meet the company's standards and mitigate risks.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and service.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth adoption of IT solutions and troubleshooting issues.
- Cultivate long term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track sales metrics, client interactions, and business development activities to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and competitive insights.
Industry Networking & Events:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Stay informed on the latest IT industry developments, trends, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Sales or Marketing
- Strong communication skills
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Timing: 9am to 5:30pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
