  • Negotiate terms and close deals


  • Maintain a high response rate and client satisfaction


  • Track bidding activities and outcomes


Requirement and Skills:


  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (1-2 years)


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


  • Strong understanding of Upworks platform and bidding process


  • Ability to write persuasive and personalized proposals


  • Detail-oriented and highly organized


  • Self-motivated and able to work independentl


Other details:


  • Company Strength: 20+ 
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Timings: For Females: 1PM-9PM For Males: 5PM-2AM
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Experience: 1-2 years

Salary Range: Market competitive
