Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at PakWheels.com, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and influence within the automotive sector by driving growth in our dealer and used car marketplace. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with car dealerships, delivering training, providing strategic advice, and promoting PakWheels' innovative products and digital tools.
Responsibilities:
- Visit markets daily to ensure dealership inventories are listed on the PakWheels platform.
- Train dealerships on PakWheels' tools to enhance their reach and sales.
- Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to improve dealership listings.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell PakWheels' solutions to clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships and create tailored growth strategies.
- Collaborate with head office to achieve sales and client satisfaction targets.
- Represent PakWheels at industry events to promote products and build connections.
- Introduce and drive adoption of new PakWheels offerings.
- Collect and share feedback to enhance dealership tools and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Pashto; additional languages may be an asset.
- Persistent, hardworking, and dedicated with a passion for sales and client success.
- Strong knowledge of technology and the ability to leverage digital tools to drive business growth.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based communication tools.
