Job Description:


  • Identify potential clients and reach out to them through various channels, such as calls, email, social media, and networking events, with a strong emphasis on communicating in Arabic where needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services through effective Arabic and English communication.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, offering bilingual support.
  • Work closely with the website/application design and development team to provide the clients with the best possible service, ensuring Arabic language requirements are met.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we stay ahead of the competition while staying informed in both Arabic and English.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, proposals, and contracts, with an ability to record information in both languages.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with an emphasis on bilingual communication.

Requirements:


  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the website and application development industry, and the ability to conduct sales activities in Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on email communication in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in both languages.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly with bilingual capabilities.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed, with a focus on bilingual client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment in both Arabic and English.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
