Eligibility
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university
• Maximum age limit: 35 years
Experience:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
• Achieve agreed sales targets and onboard new retail relationships
• Drive sales of all Meezan Bank’s product ranges, from individual and business to corporate clients, in compliance with Shariah principles, service quality standards, and audit parameters
• Meet agreed deposit targets (net of attrition) on a monthly basis
• Surpass customer contact targets (calls, visits, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and strong coordination with colleagues and supervisors
• Represent the bank professionally in the market
