Position Overview


CloudPSO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identify, target, and pursue potential clients in key industries for CloudPSO’s services.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and SOWs for prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or staffing industries.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in using Apollio.io CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
