We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development executive with a strong expertise in the IT industry's Staff Augmentation model, particularly within Managed Service Provider (MSP) frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business development, showcasing in-depth knowledge of staff augmentation practices and a keen understanding of MSP IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize various channels (social media, email campaigns, cold calling, webinars) to generate leads.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
Requirements- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies is a plus.
