About the role

The Business Analyst- E2E Supply Analytics will be responsible for leading and delivering the analytics & reporting objectives of E2E planning. He/she will play a key role in supporting the End-to-End analytics and delivery of reports to support and sustain End to End deployment. He/she will be responsible for also making sure that global Supply KPIs are defined and agreed with leadership/Stakeholders, challenge the markets with existing process/ KPI efficiency and suggest effective insights and streamline the reporting processes across Reckitt Global.


Also, the expectation will be to become Kinaxis expert in long run.




Your responsibilities

Supply Analytics


  1. Drive reporting and analytics to improve and create new reports, track KPIs and build analytics on the cloud based on E2E planning tool
  2. Work with IT to build robust process around analytics and work with them to develop EDAP and have all the data sets in one system so that report creation becomes easier.
  3. Drive the processes around KPI definitions around markets and factories. Challenge them in case of discrepancy. Work towards removing Silos from markets and factories and arrive at one global solution in analytics.
  4. Speak to Markets and Factories and gather requirements from them and work with IT teams to deliver them.
  5. Train factories and markets on new reports that we will be building.

System Knowledge


  1. Learn Kinaxis as a system so that reporting can be efficiently delivered.
  2. In long term merge with the sustainability team to work on process and system upgrades/issues


The experience we're looking for
  1. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross functional global team managing multiple time zones.
  2. Working knowledge of business intelligence systems (Power BI, Tableau etc.), cloud systems (Azure SQL and Analysis Services), and Excel
  3. Strong experience and systems knowledge of planning systems, configurations and user configurations across demand, supply, and production planning
  4. Good understanding of supply chain from customer fulfilment to materials planning
  5. Additional experience with project management within prior roles ( good to have)
  6. Working knowledge of scripting languages such as R, Python (good to have)
