Minimum graduate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (Computer Sciences / Software Engineering), or any other related field from an HEC-recognized Institute/University.
Experience:
Possess 2–4 years of work experience in banking operations or information technology, preferably in the banking sector.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of banking applications, delivery channels, and processes.
Gain hands-on experience in system integrations across multiple projects and banking system implementations.
Exhibit domain knowledge of Trade Finance, specifically Export and Export Refinance.

Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and system development processes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to perform detailed business analysis, identify problems, uncover opportunities, and propose viable solutions.
Define functional business requirements and design comprehensive functional specifications, including user interfaces, process flows, and system integration requirements.
Interpret system integration and services documentation using the latest technologies.
Act as a liaison between internal (IT, Business, Ops, etc.) and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to optimize and enhance business solutions.
Facilitate testing teams (System Integration Testing, Quality Assurance Testing, User Acceptance Testing) in meeting various testing requirements.
Continuously identify ways to improve monitoring, address issues proactively, and deliver better value to customers.
Develop process flow diagrams and use cases.
Design screen layouts (wireframes) for system interfaces.
