We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst
Principal responsibilities
- Work closely with the change lead and procurement teams to manage and achieve delivery against the identified initiatives and outcomes.
- All the allocated tasks as part of the projects are strictly monitored and delivered to the expected outcome.
- Support the change lead in tracking the Governance meetings and sharing meeting minutes with all stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of timely MI and reporting to monitor and track the progress and performance.
- Support the embedding of a strategic service and delivery culture, which makes business stakeholders value the Procurement.
- Reporting or escalate any issues or risk as part of ‘First Line of Defense’ on a timely manner.
- Awareness and oversight of the communication strategy to engage with stakeholders across the Procurement teams.
- Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Adopt Global Procurement Change Governance and HSBC Change Framework.
- Responsible for ensuring resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support.
- Utilize the project management tools such as Clarity/ JIRA/ MS Office/Visio for tracking and governance.
