Job Description
Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and priorities.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project
requirements.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving any issues or defects identified during testing.
Test API's and schemas to ensure they follow industry standards.
Perform data analysis to gain insights in the client data.
Maintain and setup JIRA board.
Should work on sprint grooming, feature slicing and story writing.
Spearhead all Agile ceremonies sprint grooming planning and stand-ups.
Hands on experience in sage intact.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies.
Proven experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
