British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Operations Executive in Lahore



The Brand Operations Executive supports the Brand Operations Manager in ensuring that all brand activations and marketing initiatives are executed to high standards, in line with the toolkits and campaign guidelines set by the Consumer Experience and Shopper Marketing teams. This role focuses on administrative tasks, including data collation and reporting, to facilitate effective operational compliance.


The Brand Operations Executive will assist in auditing activations, managing relationships with third-party deployment agencies, and tracking key market deployments. This role is essential for maintaining adherence to merchandising and planogram standards and contributes to improving deployment effectiveness within Global Travel Retail (GTR) .collecting insights and data for evaluation of all activation initiatives to drive growth in awareness, trials and consumer acquisition with the ambition of supporting GTR’s strategic role of Accelerator to a Smokeless World.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits to ensure that marketing activations follow the guidelines provided by the Consumer Experience team, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Agency Support: Assist the Brand Operations Manager in coordinating with third-party deployment agencies, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and monitoring agency performance.
  • Reporting and Data Collation: Compile and prepare reports on in-store audits, focusing on planogram compliance and merchandising principles. Provide insights to support future activations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors to gather data on competitor activations and market trends, sharing insights with internal teams to inform marketing strategies.
  • Shopper Marketing Support: Help ensure that planogramming and merchandising principles are executed effectively, supporting the deployment of toolkits and compliance during store audits.
  • PO and Vendor Assistance: Support the management of purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely processing and accurate completion of records.

What are we looking for?


  • Qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • Min 3 Years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field
  • Experience with agency management preferable
  • Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and financial acumen
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, both locally and remotely located, across geographies and time zones
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of another language is a plus but not required)
