Job Description
As a Brand Manager at PakWheels, you will take ownership of driving and executing the brand strategy across all business units. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can develop data-driven solutions and drive brand performance. You will be responsible for overseeing brand initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand presence while providing leadership in analyzing and improving brand performance through rigorous data analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand strategy for PakWheels, aligning it with business goals and maintaining a strong presence across traditional and digital platforms.
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, market share) and present insights to leadership. Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure timely and aligned execution of brand initiatives. Manage brand calendars effectively.
- Oversee the full cycle of brand campaigns, including planning, KPI setting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all channels to maintain messaging and visual consistency. Address deviations proactively.
- Drive sustainable growth by evaluating and adjusting current strategies for improved impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years in brand management, marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of brand growth.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder presentations.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and leading digital campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience in automotive or tech industry brand strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
