Key Responsibilities
Brand Building
Oversees the development and execution of brand campaigns, activations, and initiatives aligned with the company's brand strategy.
Manages the production of brand assets, including creative materials, collateral, and digital content.
Ensures consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate brand elements into marketing and communication efforts.
Monitors brand performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Leads and motivates the branding team to achieve brand objectives.
Provides clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
Fosters a collaborative and creative work environment.
Manages team resources and workload effectively.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand performance.
Analyzes data to identify trends and insights.
prepares regular reports on brand performance and campaign results.
Provides recommendations for optimizing brand initiatives based on data analysis.
Budgeting:
Develops and manages the branding team's budget, aligning financial plans with overall business objectives.
Monitors expenses closely, ensuring budget adherence while optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
Conducts regular financial reporting and analysis to assess budget performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments.
Collaborates effectively with the finance department to maintain budget compliance and ensure financial accountability.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Fosters strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align brand initiatives with broader business objectives.
Ensures effective communication and coordination with relevant departments to facilitate seamless execution of branding projects and campaigns.
Proactively identifies potential interdepartmental challenges and develops strategies to mitigate risks and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters to be preferred)
Proven 5 to 8 years experience in brand management and leadership in a leading MNC
Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
