Job Summary
The primary duties of this position are ensuring safe, uninterrupted operations of mechanical and utilities systems and equipment. This includes providing quality indoor air and a comfortable environment for the refinery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervising boiler operations while ensuring they are working efficiently
- Carrying out boiler annual/routine/emergency maintenance and out sourcing if required
- Continuously analyzing the boiler water chemistry
- Cost Savings in area of low fuel consumption, low water wastages, utilizing opportunities
- Steam traps auditing and their maintenance
- Minimizing steam production by removing leakages and unnecessary consumption
- Filling daily steam log sheets along with observing very closely the steam cost and associated resources consumption
- Creation of steam batches in ERP (SAP/Oracle)
- Handling staff conflicts and their matters swiftly and professionally
- Arrangement of material follow by coordination with concern department for job execution
- Issuance of work permits
- Liaison with boiler inspector to schedule boiler inspection
- Maintain boilers, air compressors and pumps
- Assist maintenance department as needed

- Providing building support service, inspecting, troubleshooting, and calibration
- Evaluates and corrects different problems occurring in the working environment.
- Responsible for the uninterrupted operations of the heating

Work experience requirement
3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experinece in maintanence of boiler.
Qualification
Must have a bachelor degree and 1st Class Boiler Engineer qualification.
