Requirements:
Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical or Equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in Building Management Systems.
Proven project experience with BMS installation & commissioning including working with relevant controller program tools belonging to different BMS OEM such as Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Schneider Workplace Tech Tool, Johnson Controls Metasys & Controller Configuration tool & Honeywell System Engineering Tool (SET). Certifications are mandatory.
Work experience with Niagara Framework (Tridium) will be an advantage
Calculating BMS design requirements, troubleshooting & integration.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment operation such as AHU, Chillers, FCU and others.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to travel whenever required and work remotely.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Network and Communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Profibus.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in BMS programming and configuration
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and system diagnostics
Hands-on experience with BMS controller programming tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with network configuration and understanding communication protocols
Technical proficiency in HVAC systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced BMS tools and automation systems
Familiarity with energy-saving technologies
Certification in energy management systems
Knowledge of cybersecurity as applied to BMS.
