We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Business Analyst Lead


Principal responsibilities


  • Assiting the Service Implementation lead in executing the project to the desired outcome, by following design lead approach and delivering at pace.
  • Gathering of the strategic project requirements from the key stakholders, and develop a plan with clear visibilty of the phases and timeliness.
  • Responsible for assisting on the change management governance for visibility to stakeholders and approvals sought
  • Ensuring the tasks part of the transformation initiatitive are closely monitoried and delivered to the global requirements.
  • Manage and report on progress to stakeholders, oversee the tracking of risks/issues/dependencies.
  • Planning and implmentation of pre production testing/UAT with appropriate test scenarios signed off by the stakeholders.
  • Leading and supporting the team where needed in driving the objectives and to deliver to the utmost satisfaction.
  • Support the embedding of a strategic service and delivery culture, which makes business stakeholders value the Procurement.
  • Adopt Global Procurement Change Governance and HSBC Change Framework.
  • Identify opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and initiate best-practice sharing.
  • Utilize the project management tools such as Clarity/ JIRA/ MS Office/Visio for tracking and governance.
