Job Description:
Main responsibilities include:
1. Daily operation support: Assist in managing daily operation affairs and ensure the smooth progress of various tasks.
2. Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze operation data, write reports, and provide data support for management.
3. Project coordination: Support the planning, execution and monitoring of operation projects to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
4. User voice management: Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Process optimization: Assist in analyzing and improving operation processes, put forward optimization suggestions, and improve work efficiency.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, business administration, marketing or related majors are preferred.
2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience, data analysis or project management experience is preferred. Excellent data processing and analysis skills, proficient in using Excel, PPT, PS and other tools.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with various departments and customers.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, good teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills
