Job Title: Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the automated testing and performance testing of multiple products and maintaining the test cases repository.You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies while collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional software.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web-based systems using Selenium, focusing on quality code and efficient solutions.
• Design and implement performance testing strategies to evaluate product performance under various conditions.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive repository of test cases, ensuring coverage of critical system functionalities.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in functional, system, and regression testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
• Design and develop test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to development teams, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid scripting knowledge with proficiency in languages like Java or Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for database testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with development teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
