Job Description

Position Title: Associate, University Advancement 


Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital


Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:This individual will play a crucial role in the Advancement Services team within the University Advancement, supporting fundraising initiatives, data management activities, and fundraising events. Reporting to the Manager of University Advancement, you will be responsible for:


  • Represent AKU as an ambassador while visiting box collection locations and engaging with donors.
  • Support in ensuring the Advancement Services database remains updated and accurate by assisting in proactively managing data hygiene and overseeing quality control measures.
  • Provide support to the University Advancement team through proficient execution of administrative tasks.
  • Support Advancement Services by efficiently managing day-to-day documentation across all AKU units.

Requirements:


The incumbent must have:


  • a bachelor’s degree
  • at least 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • ability to coordinate activities with other offices on campus
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and contribute actively as a team member to achieve results.
