Your New Role:
Your role as the Associate Portal Administration for ApexAnalytix, is to administer and support the Apex portal systems andassist the Analyst, Supplier Portal  Administration with project and enhancement requirements on the solutionsThe Portal Administrator plays a critical function in ensuring these services are delivered efficiently and securely through their portal platform




Your Role Accountabilities:



OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT



  • Review Service Now queues and Apex portal queues to prioritize critical and ageing tickets. And also to triage to ensure the correct resolving teams are involved.



  • Assist project team, production support team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and deliver solutions and services.



  • Perform intake of new enhancement requests to support production Apex environments.



  • Perform intake of new enhancement requests to support projects.



  • Perform end to end SDLC deliverables as they relate to supporting production and project requests.



  • Perform necessary configuration work in the multiple Apex solutions.



  • Support integration of the multiple Apex solutions to their counterpart ERP solutions.



  • Work with service providers.




STRATEGY



  • Assess operational issues and determine trend and propose long-term solutions.



  • Assist in building roadmap for the multiple Apex solutions.



  • Develop and execute a process to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes.




ANALYTICS 



  • Review and analyze incident and service request tickets to identifyrecurring error patterns and recommend improvements. 



  • Performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement



  • Assist in supporting various reporting requests.




Qualifications & Experiences:



  • Undergraduate degree in business operations or computer sciences



  • 1 or more years of experience working with a vendor on-boarding solution



  • Prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)



  • 1+ years of prior experience in the configuration, maintenance and support of Apex Vendor Onboarding portal solution.



  • 1+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)



  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills



  • Experience developing financial models in Excel AND facilitating business discussions



  • Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets



  • A passion for accuracy and translating insights into a compelling narrative; able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger picture



  • Excellent written and verbal communication



  • Superb relationship building skills



  • Work collaboratively w/small teams



  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently 



Not Required but preferred experience:



  • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)



  • Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services 



  • Experience working in a national or global company



  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)



  • Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
