As a People Analytics
Associate at tkxel, you'll play a pivotal role in converting raw HR and
workforce data into actionable insights. By working closely with the People
Team, you'll influence and improve our people strategies, ensuring that our
decisions are informed, effective, and employee-centric.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the People Team to comprehend data requirements and convert these needs into insightful reports and dashboards.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards using tools like Zoho Analytics to provide real-time data insights to HR and management teams.
- Transform complex HR datasets into clear, actionable insights to inform talent strategies and decision-making.
- Engage in storytelling, presenting data-driven insights to HR and leadership teams in a concise and understandable manner.
- Maintain high data integrity by cleansing, transforming, and validating datasets.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless data integration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in people analytics, incorporating best practices into our analytical processes.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related role.
- Proficiency with BI tools, particularly Zoho Analytics and similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with data processing tools or languages.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data findings into simple, actionable insights.
