We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.
In this role, you will be:
- Release Management: Project Manage the end to end process across HR IT to deliver a successful release including; ensuring the release notes are reviewed and circulated with key stakeholders, line by line review meetings are held between HR & HR IT, test scope and scripts are agreed between HR and HR IT Testing, regression testing is completed on time, successful deployment of the release and post implementation feedback is provided to stakeholders, and the vendor, to promote continuous improvement.
- Change Requests (CR): Project Manage the CR process within HR IT to deliver configuration changes across the HR including agreement on scope and prioritisation of each release, efficient completion of the Impact Assessment process, ownership of the tollgate/daily progress meetings, successful deployment of the CR release and post implementation feedback is provided to stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
- Project planning: Develop project plans using tools that facilitate task listing, assignments, tracking and modification to ensure delivery of quality and cost-effective IT solutions which meet the real needs of the business in a timely and orderly manner.
- Budgeting: Manage the project IT budget for assigned projects on behalf of the project sponsor, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progresses.
- Introduce flexibility to project deliverables through cross-function view.
- Produces executive reports on assigned projects to keep management apprised of project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or misses.
- Accountable for all work on the project, as well as the financial aspects and the project team.
