Manage assigned markets' Out of Home channel sales. The incumbent is responsible for all sales transactions, operational duties and providing customer support for quality service, customer satisfaction and driving profitability.
• Achieving Monthly Targets along with Yearly PMS Numbers
• Quarterly business reviews to build better business & maintain Customer Relationship.
• Timely collection of payment
• Tracking GRV's within stipulated budget spend & Using trade budget effectively.
• Maintaining BDA’s with target stores on special visibility drivers.
• Strategic inputs for Brand wise / Category wise / Outlet wise target plan.
• Monitoring team performance & motivating and training the team for better performance.
• Compiling & analysis of sales data for Way forward plan & Forecasting.
• Team management, Liaise with team ( Sales & Rep ) on daily basis and Provide Training Session to Team for Best Practices and improved effeciency
• Negotiation with Central and Outlet Managers – For Monthly and Yearly Closing
• Improve Share of Shelf and Activity participation to bring Healthy Growth across Categories
• Relationship Management – Internal and External
• Great Execution on Field and untapping new Opportunities by Competitor analysis and other tools
• Pro Actively Planning all the Promotions for better execution
