Job Description:


We are looking for an Associate HR & Operations to take on the day-to-day and long-term administrative responsibilities of our studio. The Associate HR & Operations is a key member of the administrative backbone of our studio who ensures internal operations are running smoothly as we continue to work on our products.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage employee contract signing, onboarding, and offboarding


  • Coordinate with recruiters and execute hiring processes


  • Manage and track employee performance reviews


  • Manage employee attendance and leaves schedules


  • Manage office operational expense record keeping


  • Coordinate with medical insurance agents


  • Assist with legal compliance matters including registrations and liaison with government entities
  • Assist with payroll tracking and processing


  • Assist employees with operational needs such as pay-slips and company letters
  • Manage premises operations including booking meeting rooms, rental agreements, infrastructure maintenance, internet and networking provision via liaison with related vendors
  • Manage procurement, tracking and maintenance of IT equipment and licenses while coordinating with IT related vendors

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent


  • Fresh to 1 years of experience in a similar position


  • Experienced with reporting using spreadsheets


  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills


Other Details


Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time


Location: Gulberg, Lahore


Experience: Fresh - 1 Year


Days: Monday to Friday


Timing: 10am-7pm
