As an Associate Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of PLM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant within the exciting field of PLM.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Configuring, and implementing PLM solution.
- Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client’s needs and industry best practices.
- Translating business requirements into functional configurations within PLM, leveraging your expertise to optimize workflows and processes.
- Working closely with internal teams to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives.
- Acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any system issues.
- Providing timely and effective support to end users, empowering them to leverage PLM solutions to their full potential.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other Engineering sub dis
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
- Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
