Our Associate Database Administrators play a key role in supporting the maintenance and administration of our database systems. You will assist in ensuring database performance, security, and availability. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and administration of databases.
- Monitor database performance and assist in tuning and optimization.
- Help in backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve database-related issues.
- Assist in the implementation of database security measures.
- Participate in the development of tools and processes to improve database management efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in database management.
- Experience supporting or maintaining databases in the IT Healthcare domain.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and related platforms.
- Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of database security practices and principles.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
