Job Description
We are seeking a Associate Business Analyst to support our team in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain business process workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate insights using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation efforts.
- Ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives and requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
- Knowledge of wireframing, mockups, and prototyping.
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge or experience of scrum master role is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
