Job Summary:
The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and analytical skills to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve brand and business objectives.
- Support the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and identity guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, digital) and external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and social media.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives using various analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization strategies for future campaigns.
Product Management Support:
- Assist in the development and launch of new products, including market research, packaging design, and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product offerings and brand strategy.
- Monitor product performance and gather consumer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
Budget Management:
- Support the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, digital marketing, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a strong brand culture within the organization and ensuring all teams adhere to brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Experience with market research, consumer insights, and data analysis.
- Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with creative agencies is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Details:
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Benefits: PF, Paid leaves, IPD and OPD for employees, spouses, kids, and parents, education and training assistance, leave encashment, and annual bonus. There will also be a commission, but the amount or rate is yet to be confirmed.
