Job Title: Associate Architect 

As an Associate Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and scalable software solutions that drive our business forward.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and evaluate architectural blueprints, ensuring they address functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust software components according to architectural guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and specifications. 
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Review code and provide feedback to improve quality.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of architectural strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends and do proof of concepts if needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of object oriented software design principles and patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (Java 11, Spring boot 2, NodeJS, NestJS, PassportJS, ReactJS, Jest, Junit), cloud technologies (AWS EC2, RDS, CodeDeploy, CodeArtifiact, S3, CI/CD, Jenkins), databases (Redis, PostgreSQL), version control (Git, AWS CodeCommit, GitFlow), profiling (pgBadger, AWS RDS insights, Jmeter).
• Experience with software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
